Episode 1 looks at the Scapa Flow naval base in the Orkney Islands, how it was home to the Royal Navy Grand Fleet and the part this fleet, its battleships in particular, played in the war. Episode 2 looks at the U-Boat menace and Scotland's part in combating that.
