The Underground, a chic private club in Hollywood owned by the slick Rudy, is the center of a white slavery ring. Allison, a young naive girl from the Midwest, is swept into the middle of the intrigue and action. Allison falls in love with Dann, the club's disc jockey, and together they try to uncover the real fate of the club's disappearing strippers. Frankie, the sleazy owner of the rival white slavery ring, vows revenge against Rudy for stealing his top girls. In the final climactic shoot-out between Rudy and Frankie, Allison is taken hostage and Dann must rise to the occasion to save her.

Stripper/waitress Allison falls in love with deejay Dann. He's looking for his missing sister, disappeared at the same establishment where Allison works. She helps him search, thereby becoming a candidate for a milk-carton photo herself.
