Service bands from the Army Air Corps, Navy, Marines, and Army perform patriotic songs in front of iconic landmark buildings like the Capitol and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials.

A number of US military bands individually perform US military songs in a number of settings throughout Washington, DC, before the band in question is joined by an unseen chorus and the scene seguing into a montage of the military unit highlighted in various forms of service. The United States Army Air Force Band begins marching in front of the US Capitol, followed by The United States Navy Band in front of the Lincoln Memorial, then The United States Marine Band back in front of the Capitol, concluding with The United States Army Band in front of the Jefferson Memorial.
