A friend has sent for Tom and Fuzzy and they arrive to find him murdered. Tom uses the type of bullet to catch the murderer but he escapes on Tom's horse. Thinking it is Tom, his own men shoot him. Tom knows the gang leader is Clark and tricks two of his men into shooting each other. When the survivor is put in jail it brings out Clark and his men and Tom and the Sheriff are ready,
