It's Halloween in the spooktacular town of Monsterland. Little mummy Rags and his pal Tickles the dragon are looking for Halloween legendary monster Little Frankenstein. Meanwhile, young vampire Fangs and his bestie Batty the bat are on mission to uncover the tastiest pizza in all of Monsterville. When they meet up with pal Jackie the adorable Jack-o'-lantern, they learn that the most important thing of all during Halloween and beyond is friendship.
