Granite Hotel

1940NR6m5.8

At Granite Hotel, the stone-age operator insists nothing ever happens, oblivious to the antics of the cave-guests and even the dinosaur-riding fire department.

It is the age of dinosaurs but the local cavemen have a few modern innovations. The anachronistic Grantite Hotel has a telephone operator who mostly wails that "nothing ever happens." The guests shower with ice-water, clad in bear-skins and bounced to their respective floors. The Dinosaur Fire Department dismantles the hotel while the telephone operator is still claiming "nothing ever happens."
