Cliff Edwards and his musical cowhands run a dude ranch that isn't doing too well. When they hear a few easterners are coming out, they spruce up everything to make a good impression. When a pretty girl arrives, Cliff and his boys serenade her, and Cliff thinks he has finally met an heiress.
