Shravan (Abhishek Anand) joins Banaras University on his father's insistence, where he falls in love with Mandira (Urvashi Sharma),along with winning her father, Principal Shrivastav (Darshan Jariwala)'s belief. Soon, he realizes that he is caught in the fight against corruption and politics. He is on a rampage to finish the evil ideas of Yogiraj Choudhary (Yashpal Sharma) and his evil family members, who are responsible for all the crime taking place in Banaras. Whether Shravan is successful or not, and how, forms the rest of the plot.

Shravan, a student, gets embroiled in the world of crime, after he is falsely accused of murdering his principal Shrivastav. He then decides to fight back for justice and change in the society, thus becoming 'Pandit' from 'Shravan'.
