99 Percent Sure is a story about the difference between contentment and true happiness. Steven Paige wrote a best-selling book almost by accident, and at the age of 23, he has financial security and critical acclaim on his side. When Steven meets Val, a bookstore clerk who is both outspoken and sarcastic, it is obvious that the two are polar opposites.
