The film tells the story of Quim (João Paulo Rodrigues) and Zé (Pedro Alves),who are reunited with two cousins away from Lisbon. Together, they decide to revive past follies in Curral de Moinas but an unforeseen happens and when find themselves, in the heavens. There God (Nicolau Breyner) offers them a second chance with a condition: prove abdicated immoral and licentious life and renouncing life, so the seven deadly sins: lust, gluttony, wrath, envy, greed, pride and laziness. Will Quim and Zé be able to resist temptation?

The annual festival of Curral de Moinas is ready. Quim and Zé are eager to meet their Lisbon cousins and have a party without limits. But God decides to interfere with their plans and give those two sinners a true moral lesson.
