Fourteen-year-old Penny Proud (Kyla Pratt) has one wacky family: over-protective father, Oscar (Tommy Davidson), loving mother, Trudy (Paula Jai Parker), little brother Cece (Tara Strong) and sister Bebe (Tara Strong), and hardcore grandmother Suga Mama (Jo Marie Payton). Her wild friends: Dijonay Jones (Karen Malina White), Sticky Webb (Orlando Brown), Zoey Howzer (Soleil Moon Frye), and LaCienega Boulevardez (Alisa Reyes), and the bullies the Gross sisters (Raquel Lee).
