The Recipe Files follows the newly single Isabel, who is looking for a fresh start in the small cookie-cutter town of Shady Oaks. As a baker, Isabel knows that the best recipes aren't made just from a list of ingredients, but from the heart. So, with a dash of ambition and a dollop of liquid courage, Isabel buys the recently vacated town bakery with sweet dreams of restoring the shop to its former glory. Upon discovering a mysterious old book full of handwritten recipes of unknown origin, Isabel finds inspiration and re-ignites her passion for baking.
