The Puerto Rican owner of a Bronx strip joint who also heads a street gang that deals in drugs and stolen credit cards gets involved in a war with a local black gang.

Following the story of a local Bronx club owner Tito Sunshine, who gets entangled by an intimidating gangster Caesar after finding out his wife's sister Rachel stole $40.000 worth of heroin. After escaping death from a home invasion killing her boyfriend and his family, Rachel stays with Tito to get protection. Things get worse when a kid is killed who was working for Tito, resulting in an all-out gang war between Tito and Caesar's gang.
