Mili a joyful college going girl who is loved by all in her society and is the leader of children's gang.Mili's father Mr Khanna is worried about her as she is suffering from terminal illness.One day Shekar Dayal comes to stay in her society and people try to avoid him because of bad past of his parents but Mili tries to be friendly with him.Due to bad past Shekar has turned alcoholic and lonely and behaves rudely with all.But when Mili comes in his life he becomes complete changed man and both fall in love.Shekar finds about Mili's illness and decides to go away from her life as he won't be able to see Mili dying who changed his life.
