A caring community and variety of people nationwide come together to rescue a baby who is trapped in an abandoned water well, but they have a short time before something bad might happen.

Based on the true story of Jessica McClure who fell in an abandoned water well while playing in her aunt's backyard. She was stuck 22 feet below the ground and it took rescuers 58 hours to get her out. There was fear that if they shook the Earth too much with machinery, it would cause her to fall further down and die.
