Born with a rare congenital condition, Durian is a young boy with a rather peculiar way of expressing his emotions. To be more specific, when he is happy, he seems sad, and when he wants to smile, he weeps; not to mention the strange word he uses instead of "cheese" when his picture is taken. Under those circumstances, how can one fit in when he is completely misunderstood?
