Takato, Rika, and the Tamers are back for another adventure. This time a Digimon train called Locomon is running out of control around the city and no one knows who's controlling it or how to stop it. This charged up choo-choo is moving so quickly, it creates a digital zone in the middle of Downtown, putting the entire city in jeopardy.
