The adventures of Ryo Saeba, a gun-for-hire living in the Tokyo metropolis, who will take on any dangerous job as long as it involves beautiful women.
Ryô Saeba is a private eye known as the "City Hunter" who likes to be hired by beautiful girls. One day, his associate, Hideyuki Makimura, is murdered. Ryô has to take care of Hideyuki's sister, Kaori, who becomes his new partner. However, Kaori is much more jealous and often hits him with a giant hammer.
