What starts as a gathering of some of America's most prominent socialites, invited under the guise of introducing an enterprising young man's new business venture, becomes a night of frenzy, including sexual assault and suicide, for the unsuspecting guests. Kelly Fielding has asked some of her closest friends to her palatial mansion. Among them are Jake Matheson, her ex-lover and manager of her Florida construction company, and Bernard Kroger, who has run the Fielding-Kroger empire since the death of Kelly's father. At the outset of the evening there is an air of tension. When Kelley and Jake begin to play their own style of five card poker with revolvers the madness of the evening becomes apparent. The stakes of the game are high - what Kelly really wants is to marry Jake, the man who seemingly has the dominance and virility that her late father always tries to instill in his unwanted daughter. This dramatic production, full of deadly stakes, closes with a powerful impact that leaves you stunned.
