With a storm approaching, Hoppy and his pals take refuge in a church in an abandoned town, When Riker and his men arrive to tear the church down, Hoppy kicks them out. Riker then has the church surrounded and those inside find themselves prisoners.

A bad guy has used several murders to drive all the inhabitants out of town in order to give his gang access to the oil which lies under the land.
