Wrongfully accused of treason and espionage during World War II, the Chinese Minister of Industrial Development and an old college friend of J. Jonah Jameson, Min Lo Chan, flees Hong Kong to seek refuge in the United States. To help him clear his name, Jameson enlists the help of Peter Parker, unbeknownst to him, however, that the unscrupulous and dangerous businessman, Zeider, is willing to use strong-arm tactics to make sure his firm gets a multi-billion contract with China. Shortly after the fast-paced adventure in Spider-Man Strikes Back (1978), now it is up to powerful Spider-Man to take over and right a wrong. Will Peter Parker survive the Dragon's Challenge?
