In this sequel to the mini-series, Lili must now find her father to save her newly-found mother, who went to Asia to interview the head of a revolutionary force. When she gets there, she is told that she was brought there so that they could ask for a million-dollar ransom. Since Lili doesn't have that kind of money, she and her mom's friends, Pagan and Maxine must find her father and ask him for the money.
