Property owner Fuzzy Q. Jones (Al St. John),against the advice of his pal Billy Carson (Buster Crabbe),is about to wed Matilda Boggs (Patricia Knox),a young gold-digger he has been corresponding with through a Lonely Hearts Club. Fuzzy refuses to sell valuable water-rights, and this displeases Jim McAllister (Steve Darrell) to the extent he his his henchmen frame Fuzzy with a murder charge. This displeases Billy and he sets out to prove Fuzzy's innocence.
Gentlemen with Guns
While Fuzzy is waiting for his mail order bride, McCallister frames him for murder. McCallister then advises Matilda to marry Fuzzy so she will get the money when he is hung. But Billy breaks up the wedding and goes after the real killer.
