Kate Harper, a television personality, is sent to a small town in North Dakota to discover her Christmas spirit after accidentally being caught on live TV saying she dislikes Christmas. Along the way, she reconciles with her father and her college boyfriend while finding her Christmas spirit.
While on air, a TV personality accidentally admits she hates Christmas. When she goes to a small town to film a special to repair her image, the Christmas spirit begins to change her life.
