A closeted gay named Billy Bayagan (Paolo Ballesteros) belongs to a family of brave police officers. He then applied and became a personal security guard of a hot and sexy rich woman named Charice (Kim Domingo). In order to bring honor to his family, he then decided to give his best service as security guard until one incident happened - Billy is being accused of killing his boss and his video has gone viral. As he escapes his criminal record, he meets Barbie (Joey de Leon),his mentor and eventually becomes his savior. With the help of him, Billy has transformed into Barbi, 'D Wonder Beki and is now ready to achieve acceptance and love from his family.
