Wrong. Tykor(James Russo) is a filthy rich maniac, a savvy entrepreneur and a millionaire many times over. But he is also insane, deciding to use his new wealth to manufacture methamphetamine(his own personal drug of choice)and purchase an outfit to protect his illegal operation.
