Michael Daniels is a forensic specialist whom has been plagued most of his adult life by the mysterious disappearance of his twin brother Jessie. When Michael meets up with Jessie's former girlfriend Kate Porter, a district attorney whom is investigating her own father, Harry S. Potter, whom is the mayor of Los Angeles, Michael soon finds himself in deep trouble when he thinks that Jessie may be alive and is targeting him for the things gone wrong with his life, leading to Michael getting framed for Mayor Potter's murder and relentlessly pursued by a persistent detective named Russell Stark. Michael must race against the clock to clear his name with the help of Kate, and his co-worker April to stay ahead of the unseen stalker, but is everything what it seems?
